Jason Riddick
Principal
Jason Riddick is a creative, entrepreneurial, and aggressive litigation attorney with nearly two decades of experience representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in state and federal courts throughout the country. Since opening Riddick Law APC in 2018, it has been Jason’s passion and privilege to work directly for individuals and businesses throughout California to achieve their goals by providing sophisticated and aggressive counsel at a fair price.
Jason has been recognized in Southern California Super Lawyers® as a Rising Star in litigation in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017, and was a Moot Court Judge for the UCLA School of Law Moot Court in 2017. He graduated from U.C. Berkeley School of Law in 2004. He resides in Malibu with his wife and three children.

Tamara Purse
Associate
Tamara is an experienced civil and criminal law attorney. She worked as both an assistant city attorney and a criminal prosecutor. As an assistant city attorney, she provided legal counsel on matters regarding land use, municipal code, constitutional law, contracts, and claims made against the government. As a prosecutor, she handled thousands of criminal cases at the city and state level.
Tamara graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2012 with distinction in negotiation and mediation. She is a member of the California and Utah Bar, and lives in Southern California with her husband and children.

Robert Grijalba
Associate
Mr. Grijalba focuses his practice in handling complex business and real estate matters. Throughout his career, Mr. Grijalba has represented a variety of clients including but not limited to law firms, sureties, billboard advertising providers, restaurant chains, commercial property management companies, restoration services companies, contractors, television producers, commercial landlords, non-commercial luxury property owners, gyms, medical laboratories, and healthcare product manufacturers.
Mr. Grijalba earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, one of the top ten law schools in the nation. During his time there, Mr. Grijalba focused his studies in the areas of business and real estate law. Mr. Grijalba’s academic successes during his time at Berkeley School of Law includes receipt of the school’s distinguished Prosser Prize in Corporations, receipt of High Honors in International Civil Litigation, Corporations, and Individual Research Project with Emanuel S. Heller Professor of Law John Yoo, and receipt of Honors in Contracts, Securities Regulations, and Federal Civil Procedure, among other courses.
Before going to law school, Mr. Grijalba earned a bachelor of sciences degree in biological sciences from the University of Southern California.
